At Port Tower CrossFit, our HYROX sessions are designed to give beginners a clear, safe, and coached introduction to the way we train every day.

No experience is required. You don’t need to be “fit” before you start, training is how you get fit.

HYROX training is simple, repeatable, and easy to understand, which makes it an ideal entry point into functional training.

You’ll be introduced to:Basic functional movements

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race that combines running and functional workout stations.

The race format:

 Run 1 km

 Complete 1 functional workout

 Repeat 8 times

The same format is used worldwide, allowing athletes of all levels to train toward a clear standard. While HYROX is competitive at the top level, the training itself is highly adaptable and welcoming to beginners.
