*What is On Ramp 

Our on ramp classes consist of 6 sessions of small group lessons designed to get you geared up for our regular classes. These classes serve as the first step on your fitness journey and help to establish a relationship with our coaches, give us a better understanding of what your needs are, and ensure that you are able to enjoy the regular classes pain free! 

 

**On Ramp class times 

Class cycles start on the first Monday of each month and the second Tuesday. Times for February 2018 are as listed below.
