Are you interested in CrossFit but not sure if it’s for you? Come by and try with beginners just like yourself in a low pressure situation.
This class will be run by Coach Maiko, Keith, and Gin will include:
– A thorough run through of what we do, why we do it, and why CrossFit is the perfect for you
– A mobility session to prep your body for the work we will be doing
– A warm up targeting the specific body parts used in the lesson
– A workout that will be scaled to your specific ability level
– A cool down stretch and discussion about recovery methods
What to bring:
– Clothes that are comfortable to workout in
– Water, you will sweat, you will be happy that you have it
– Shoes appropriate for running
– A positive attitude
